Hackney Empire/The White Rose Foundation - Compulsory Subjects

Problem

In response to the disproportionate effects of COVID-19, subsequent lockdowns specifically experienced by Black, Asian and ethnically diverse communities from across the capital, Hussain Manawer and Yamin Choudury wanted to create a program that stimulated young adults from low socio-economic backgrounds and got them prepared for the challenges they will face (including social media).

Solution

I was asked carry out a social media workshop to help the young creative entrepreneurs get the most out of their social media presence.

Result

I ran this workshop in 2020, 2021, and 2022. This resulted in a sustained relationship.
